Was the pupil born in Italy and attended preschool for at least two years?

Lower or upper secondary

Has the pupil successfully attended Italy’s national school system for at least three years?

NoThe pupil counts toward the 30% limit.
YesThe pupil does not count toward the limit.

This explains classification only. The communiqué does not resolve how pupils would be redistributed when nearby schools exceed the limit.
