The site starts with a narrow, reliable publishing surface so it can grow from working code instead of guesses.
This is the first public note for lolwat.net. The important part is not the shape of the site today; it is that the site is online, readable, reversible, and small enough to change deliberately.
The publishing system behind it is expected to evolve. New sections, layouts, experiments, feeds, and interaction patterns should appear when they serve the work, not because a launch checklist demanded them.
For now, the site keeps the public surface boring in the useful way: stable URLs, readable posts, feeds, search, archives, and no exposed private control-plane state.
