Reported toll rises from 30; governor orders public transport halted
Ukraine’s emergency service raised the reported death toll from the October 8 Kramatorsk strike from 30 to 33, with 18 injured, Interfax-Ukraine reported. The revised count concerns the same attack, previously reported to have damaged two passenger buses and an apartment building. Reuters also reported that regional governor Vadym Filashkin ordered public transport halted in Kramatorsk and neighbouring Sloviansk.
